Our team successfully completed the groundworks for a new residential development comprising six four-bedroom houses for social rent, constructed on a former garage block site. The three-storey properties feature a mix of pitched and flat roofs, incorporating Photovoltaic (PV) panels to enhance energy efficiency. Our works included new drainage and utility connections, formation of a new vehicle crossover, and construction of a car park with EV charging points. The project was delivered to a high standard, overcoming the constraints of a confined urban site, and reflects our continued commitment to supporting high-quality, sustainable housing developments across London.
